Serbian Society of Mechanics has foundation of its emergence, existence, tradition, activity and it is, in continuity, real, legally valid and sole successor and owner of the entire realized accomplishments, work contents, immovable and movable property and other values of, namely: Yugoslav Society of Mechanics, founded on 13 February 1954, and Serbian Mechanics Society, founded on 15 May 1968 in Belgrade.
